Free Comparison Service
Folmeris is a free loan comparison platform. We do not charge any fees, subscription costs, or service charges to consumers. Our revenue comes from referral fees paid by lenders when a user successfully applies for a loan — these fees are paid by the lender, not by you.
Loan Repayments
If you have entered into a loan agreement with a lender found through Folmeris and have a query about repayments, fees, or a refund of loan funds, you must contact the lender directly. Folmeris is not party to any loan agreement and cannot assist with lender-specific financial matters.
Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly by Folmeris (which should not occur), please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will investigate within 5 business days.
Cooling-Off Period (NCA)
Under the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, you have a 5 business day cooling-off period after signing a credit agreement. To exercise this right, contact your lender directly. This right applies to the loan agreement with the lender, not to Folmeris's free comparison service.
